Nearly six years after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans is determined to rebuild their community into a safer and more sustainable one.

With this in mind, Hurricane Healing along with Blue Pie Productions have recently donated another $370.96 to the Salvation Army. This will help communities in New Orleans continue to rebuild and re-establish their area with suitable infrastructure, education and health necessities.

There has been significant improvements for the people of New Orleans, in areas of education, health care, real estate values and employment rates. However, troubling trends continue to remain – which is where we step in!

New Orleans is still faced with numerous economic issues, which is still recovering from not only Hurricane Katrina, but also the oil spill in the Mexican Gulf.
